Phil's Second Leaflet welcomed across the West Midlands

Phil Bennion's second leaflet is being delivered to eligible voters right across the West Midlands. Liberal Democrats with a continuous history of membership for over a year are eligible to vote in the European Selection.
Due to the selection rules the second leaflets are not able to be delivered by post.
"This is just as well with the postal strikes", commented Phil, "This also gives me an opportunity to meet as many members as I can across the Midlands." He added.
